SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: This website can only accept orders from the United States. If you are interested in placing an order from any other country please email us with your address and name/size of artwork(s) you’d like to purchase and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. 

PAYMENT: payment is accepted via credit card or Paypal. US customers will not be charged sales tax at checkout but should be aware that depending on the import laws and practises of the state being shipped to, there is a possibility that you may be assessed and charged tax by that state. We have yet to hear from a customer of this occurring but if so, please note that this is out of our control and we cannot take responsibility for any such charges. The good news is that since our work is made in North America any purchases shipped to the United States are protected under the North American Free Trade Agreement and are therefore exempt of duty.  

ORDER FULFILLMENT/DELIVERY TIMES: In stock artworks will be prepared for shipping within a few business days. Editioned artworks that must be produced for you by the artist will usually require a 2-4 week lead time before they can be shipped, however once we receive your order we will contact you with a more accurate time line, after we have confirmed with the artist in question. All orders are shipped from Lustre in Caledon, Ontario (part of the greater Toronto area). Delivery time will depend on your location as well as the specific shipping method used, but generally takes 4-6 business days in transit once the order is shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS: To keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible we ship primarily with FedEx Ground but may sometimes opt to use  Canada Post/USPS, depending on which carrier we determine to be the most efficient/feasible for your specific order. All orders are shipped with insurance and tracking. Once your order is shipped you will receive a Shipping Notification with your tracking number and any other available delivery information.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: When placing an order please review your ‘ship to’ address carefully to make sure it is complete, correct, and up-to-date (in the case of a recent move). We cannot take responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses provided to us.

Exchanges and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days of receipt of shipment, so we can discuss your options. Any returns must be authorized by us and arrive back to us in original condition before a refund or credit can be processed. Unfortunately we are not able to refund original shipping charges, if any, and return shipping costs would be the responsibility of the buyer.
